Many people each day rush to the LTFRB Website but the problem is that most of the time, it is not available online. Same problem with other agencies of the government as you try to visit their official website to get relevant information on their mandate of public service.

Hi!Good day!!!I'm one of the thousand commuters in Sta Maria Bulacan and i am sorry but i really want to air my "great disappointment" with your decision of cancelling the franchise of the busses who joined the 1 day Strike...And because of that decision we, "commuters" feel that everyday is strike because of the scarcity of bus in Bulacan...
It was really hard for us and personally, i am about to resigned due to excessive tardiness i have incurred eversince this thing started....I know that i am not the only one...but I hope that you would consider my comment and act accordingly to help us-"employees" to keep our job.
Addition to this, there are no. drivers and conductors with families who are depending on this job and very much affected...Please think FILIPINO...be considerate... Thank you very much and God bless us all...

In the contact page of your MMDA website, please provide an email address to each of your top officials in the MMDA, because it is the most efficient and quickest way for the citizenry to write to them for all concerns connected with the work of the MMDA.
Above all, please in the contact page of your website, give also your mobile phone number, and specially your email address, so that the citizenry will get to you directly, or at least to your personal though official secretary for her to read all emails sent to you -- and the secretary will be blamed if an email does not get to you because she thinks that it is not of any importance.

Please above all for the utmost convenience of the commuting citizenry, assign a resourceful group to produce a commuters' routes map of jeepneys, busses, fx taxis and also metro trains operating in Metro Manila, specifying at what points a transport vehicle starts and ends and all the streets traversed by the vehicle.
I am really most disappointed that the government of this country has not done anything that is free for the citizenry to consult like maps of routes of the public transport system of the country, and most specially of major cities, absolutely in particular the cities making up the MMDA.
Hope this letter get to you.
And when your office has produced such a routes map, please make it available at a token cost to the citizenry.
The NAMRIA is a useless office in this respect because it requires the citizenry to pay for its maps, which it sells at prices I would consider to be beyond the reach of ordinary citizens, who are for the most part poor but still though poor in need of maps, in particular routes maps of the public transport vehicles of the cities of the Philippines.

hello! Bakit di po tayo mag patupad nang batas o kaya mag lagay nang sticker sa lahat ng taxi sa metro manila na nag babawal sa mga driver ang manghingi nang dagdag na pasahi, kadalasan ang dahilan nang mga driver ng taxi matraffic.

Bakit ayaw ma-process ng complaint ko. I agree with Nelson, sana nga may sticker para matigil na pamemera ng mga driver. Kung manghingi pa ng dagdag di biro ang laki.
